When you submit an online report, it goes directly to a Truth Finder outside of your that investigates the facts. Once the investigation is complete, a summary report will be issued to the appropriate persons. This report will contain absolutely no identification information on the person(s) that communicated facts to the Truth Finder.
Also, please add the unique identifier of your choice. This will allow the Truth Finder to communicate to you (by placing a large print message by the entrances with this unique identifier) that more information / clarification is needed to proceed. This additional information can be submitted via any method on this website.
