Truth Finders
Truth Finders are not employees of your organization. We are an independent company of licensed investigators. In our role, we have an extremely candid relationship with your organization based on truth. Your organization has always welcomed hearing, understanding, and acting upon the truth. The leadership realizes the importance of providing an avenue for anyone within the organization to be able to provide information without fear of retribution. While this process can be extremely challenging for some, it comes with the knowledge that this information flow is critical to a continuous improvement process. Please remember, we do what we do for YOU and this is why we need you to supply as much detailed information as possible when submitting an issue.
The Information Supplied to the Truth Finders
When you submit a report, please provide as much detail as possible because this is the basis for an investigation. Even the most minute tidbit may be critical in establishing any case. So when you submit a Tip of any kind, please be as thorough as possible.
Also, be sure and supply a unique code that you will remember. DO NOT use any code that others may recognize that could to tie to you [e.g. cell numbers, home address, license plate numbers, etc.]. If a case stalls or inconsistent information is present, there may be times when we need to speak with the person actually reporting. When this needs to happen, a form will be placed by the entrances. This form will contain a unique identification code which has been SUPPLIED BY YOU when you sent in your Tip. If the unique identifier you chose is present, we ask that you simply call a number provided on the form. This enables a direct method of gathering a greater understanding in cases where we are unable to substantiate the information provided.
The Process
When information is received, an active investigation is initiated by reviewing the facts offered. Our role is to understand each piece of information supplied, determine the best way to proceed with an investigation and then follow the facts to seek the truth. If the facts reported can be validated, the investigation will continue by following each piece of new evidence.
The Report
Once new evidence ceases to be discovered, a compilation of facts is prepared, the investigation is closed and a summary of that work is documented in a report. Once finalized, we submit our report along with suggested outcomes directly to leadership. We have been asked but will we never release the name of any person(s) providing information or assisting in an investigation as the report issued is scrubbed clean of all identifying factors thereby thwarting the ability of any person to determine the source(s) of the information supplied.
The Outcome
Once the report has been issued, leadership will review and determine the final outcome. Once necessary action has been taken, a response is then issued back to the Truth Finders disclosing all actions taken. This way, your organization is accountable for appropriate action.
